At Speedy Tires Mobile Tire Service, we are committed to providing top-quality service and ensuring a smooth experience for all our customers. Please review our policy below:

1. Tire Orders & Deposits

  • When purchasing tires through Speedy Tires, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your order.
  • If you choose to cancel your order after placing it, the deposit will not be refunded, as it is used to secure inventory and logistics costs.

2. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other customers.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (failure to be present at the scheduled time and location) will forfeit any prepayments and may be required to pay in full before booking future services.

3. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Speedy Tires reserves the right to reschedule appointments for safety reasons. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative time.

4. Repair Service Guarantee

  • We take pride in our work and stand by the quality of our repairs. If, after inspection, we determine that a previous tire repair or leak is due to an error on our part, we will fix it at no charge to you.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of the completed service if they experience any issues related to a prior repair. After 48 hours, any additional repairs will be treated as a new service request.
  • If the issue is due to a new cause (such as an additional nail, pothole damage, sidewall impact, etc.), the repair will be the customer’s responsibility. We will always provide a full inspection and explain our findings with complete transparency before proceeding with any additional services.

5. Refunds & Service Satisfaction

  • Service fees and deposits are non-refundable once work has been completed.
  • If you have concerns about your service, please reach out to us within 48 hours, and we will assess the situation to find a fair and reasonable solution.

6. Emergency & Roadside Services

  • Emergency services require full payment upfront if the customer will not be present at the service location while the service is being completed.
  • If an emergency service is canceled after dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply based on the distance traveled.
